The Annual General Meeting of the BC Construction Association will be held:

*Proposed Bylaw Changes - Detail
Current Bylaw:
3.4 Directors are appointed for a term of one year, and the term of office expires at the next annual general meeting.
Recommended Bylaw Changes:
3.4 Directors shall serve a term of two (2) years from the date of their election. A full two-year term shall be considered to have been served upon the passage of two (2) annual meetings.
At the first election of Directors following the approval of this By-law, (September 18, 2020) seven (7) of the Directors shall be elected for a one (1) year term and six (6) shall be elected for a two (2) year term. Thereafter, except where an election is held to fill the unexpired portion of a term, newly elected Directors shall be elected for two (2) year terms.
