BCCA - B.C. Close-Out Procedures
The purpose of this Document is to recommend standard procedures to facilitate the closing stages of a construction contract and the close out of the project.
These procedures hve been prepared by the BC Construction Association with the support of legal counsel. This Document is meant to be an educational tool for all stakeholders in the project, including the owner, consultants, contractors and subcontactors.
