The Integrating Newcomers (IN) program is a government-funded, free, nationwide employment coaching service for skilled immigrants looking to transition careers to the construction industry in Canada - before moving here.
At no cost to you, IN will assign a dedicated career coach and you will receive construction-related job hunting tips and tools, live job leads, a detailed skills and education assessment, connections to provincial professional associations and licensing authorities, plus, suggestions on the most relevant pre and post-arrival settlement services you should access. Whether you have extensive experience in construction in your home country or are considering the construction industry as a target sector in Canada for your skills for the first time, we can help.

We serve a variety of professionals including tradespeople, engineers (in any discipline), architects, technicians, technologists, and all business support specialists such as project managers, estimators, business developers, IT, marketing, human resources, accounting, and health & safety professionals.
